PROCEDURES: TEACHER/S ACTIVITIES SS/ ACTIVITIES 1/ Warm-up: (5’) Chatting - Have Ss ask some questions: 1. What’s your favorite type of clothing? 2. Do you like “Jeans”? Why? - Lead to the lesson: “Jeans” - Answer the questions. - Listen. 2/ Pre-reading: (10’) $ Activity 1: - Introduce some new words by translation. I. New words: Ø cotton(n): vải bông Ø embroider(v): thêu Ø be made from (v): được làm từ Ø wear out(v): làm rách - Check vocabulary: R.O.R $ Activity 2: - Have Ss look at the picture and answer some eliciting questions What are they wearing?
