$ Activity 2: 
- Give the picture of the description of Hoa’ s room .
This is Hoa’s bedroom. There is a desk (1) on the left of the room. On the desk there are many folder and(2) above the desk there is a bookshelf. There is a bed (3) near the desk. (4) on the right side of the room, there is a window. There is a wardrobe (5) beside the window. The wardrobe is (6) opposite the desk.
- Read, then copy down.
- Do as directed.
- Look at the picture and complete the passage about Hoa’s room. ( close book)
3/ While-writing: (15’)
- Hang the picture on the board.
- Ask Ss to write the description about this kitchen by using the cues given in the book in four groups.
- Say something about the position of these things in the picture.
- Work in groups. 
4/ Post-writing: (8’)
- Call some groups to correct.
This is Hoa’s kitchen. There is a refrigerator in the right corner of the room. Next to the refrigerator is the stove and oven. On the other side of the oven, there is a sink and next to the sink is a towel rack.
The dish rack is on the counter, on the right of the window and beneath the shelves. On the shelves and on the counter beneath the window, the are jars of sugar, flour and tea.
In the middle of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs. The lighting fixture is above the table, and the lighting fixture is a vase of flowers.
- Give the answer on the board.
