Do that a few times. Walk around the class to say hello again to some pupils and ask them to answer, slapping on your hand held out. 15’ New lesson. Pre-Teach Vocabulary Listeing and speaking give new words - good morning Chào buổi sáng - good afternoon Chào buổi chiều - good evening Chào buổi tối Note: Morning ( from 5a.m to 12a.m) Afternoon( from 1p.m to 5p.m) Evening ( from 6p.m to 9p.m) - Read first and guide Ss to repeat the new words a few times. - Call some Ss read aloud. - Show the pictures at book to identify the characters - Tell them that they are going to hear pupils and Miss Hien are greeting. - Read the sentences. Then asks Ss listen and repeat. -Divide the class into two groups. Have one group repeat Miss Hien’s part, the other group repeat pupils’s part. Then change the role. - Explain the sentences. - Ask Ss to read in chorus and read in pairs the dialogue. - Call some pairs to practice - Feedback, correct, remark. - Ask Ss to copy down their book - Check their comprehension. 15’ Speaking Pre-speaking: - Have the whole class to recite the new words in chorus. - Ask Ss look at picture a, b, c, d to identify the characters and the time of the day. - Tell them that they are going to practise greeting. While-speaking -Model the first sentence: Point to P a and say: Good morning, Nga. Good morning, Mr Loc. - Have the whole class to repeat. - Repeat the statement in focus a few times so that they can remember its structure. - Ask Ss to work in pair After-speaking - Call some pairs to practice - Have the whole class to repeat all the sentences to reinforce their pronunciation. 2’ Homework: - Prepare for Lesson 1, part 3, 4- Unit 1 Comments:
