Activity 1: Present the commands - T uses TPR ( Total physical response) method to present the commands. + Say and act: ( 2,3 times) T: play with a yo-yo.( võa nãi võa cÇm yo-yo vµ ch¬i). -throw a ball ( võa nãi võa nÐm qu¶ bãng) - catch a ball ( võa nãi võa b¾t qu¶ bãng) + Do the same with : hit a ball, do a puzzle, jump rope. - Do again - Act but don’t say - Say and write on the board T:Yes, play with a yo-yo. Activity 2: Listen and repeat - Ask for Ss to look at the board and read - Ask for Ss to open the book page 44. Look at the picture and remark - Play the tape and ask for Ss to repeat Correct the mistakes. Activity 3: Practice - Say and ask for Ss to act - Divide Ss into 3 groups. Give the commands to each group T: (give to group A) play with a yo-yo. throw a ball. ( give to group B) catch a ball. hit a ball (give to group C) do a puzzle. jump rope - Ask for Ss practise in pair - Correct the mistakes I/ The commands: + Look and listen - Say and do after T - Say the commands II/ Listen and repeat - Look and read after T - Open the book. Look at the picture and remark - Listen and repeat. - Read in chorus - Read individual ( other Ss remark) III/ Practice: - Act - Do in group.
