Lesson 1: Look, listen and repeat+ Look and say 
 A. Aims: 
- Ss will be able to introduce their school.

* Skills development: Listening, Speaking 
* Resources: recordings, handmade puppets, photographs or pictures of school.

I. Warm up: 
- Ask Sts to sing the rhyme My friends on page 33 of the student book. 
- Comment.
II. New lesson.
 1. Look, listen and repeat:
- - Ask sts to open their student’s book on page 42 and look at the picture.
 - Use a poster and photographs to present the Situation.
- Play the recording all the way through
- Replay the recording.
- Call on one pair. 
- Have the whole class repeat all the phrases a few times to reinforce their pronunciation.
- Divide class into groups
- Ask sts to read in pair.
 2. Look and say
- Ask sts to look at the pictures 
- Teach the words street and village and the sentence patterns
- Use photographs or pictures of school to teach 
- Explain the pattern

Lesson 1: Talk and Let’s play
A. Aims: 
- Ss will be able to introduce their school.
* Language input: 
- Phonics: which, school, street
- Vocabulary: primary school, it.
 - Sentence Patterns: It’s Thang Long primary school. 
* Skills development: Listening, Speaking and writing 
* Resources: recordings, handmade puppets, photographs or pictures of school.

I. Warm up: 
- Ask Ss to practice sentence pattern:

II. New lesson.
- 3. Talk:
 - Asks Ss to look at the pictures on page 43 and ask them to indentify the name of the school in each picture.
- Point to picture a and ask. Then ask them what they should say to fill the speech bubble. Fill the bubble with the correct phrase promped by the sts.
- Asks Ss to use the the name of the school in each picture in their books names in their books to practise.
- Make model if necessary.
- Ask Ss to practice in pairs.
- Ask Ss to talk & others give feedback
- call on a pair to perform at the front of the class
 2. Let’s Play: 
Aim: To recall the vocabulary learnt in the student book; to associate words and spelling; to have sts interact and take turns in pairs.
Material: Pieces of paper with words written on them.
- Tell sts that they are going to play a word game.Show how to play it. Divide the class in to teams of 8-10 sts. Each team is given a piece of paper with one words written on it. The first sts of each team keep the piece of paper and says the word to the second; the second says it to the third, and so on. The last onehas to go to the board and write the word on it.The team that finishes the task first will win
- Have sts repeat all the words written on the board.
III. Reinforcement:
- Have sts write all the words written on the board into their notebooks.

- Ask Ss to practise drawing their school at home and say its name.

I. Warm up: 
- Ask Sts to show their drawings that they did at home to their classmates and talk about the school in the drawing,using the language leart in lesson 1 - Comment.
II. New lesson.
- 1. Listen and repeat
- Elicit pupils to talk about the picture on the page 44.
- Tell pupils that they are going to learn how to pronouce some specific souds.Elicit sts to talk about the picture on this page.Focus student’s attention on the letters coloured differenty in the words which and school .Tell them they are going to learn how to produce the sound of the letters ch in the word which and that of the letter oo in the word school
- Produce the sound of the letters ch and oo a few times.Have sts repeat each words after you.
- Put the large piece of paper with the chant written on it on the board.
- Teach the new phrases which ,this one,and that one
- Play the recording for sts to listen white they are reading the chanton the board or in their books.Clap the syllables.
- Ask pupils to repeat.
 - Ask Ss to repeat the chant .
- Ask pupils to repeat & others give feedback
2. Listen and tick: 
- - Asks Sts to look at the pictures and guess what 
are they saying.
 - Play the recording for Sts to listen and tick the correct pictures
- Play the recording again for Sts to check their answer

- Read and tick the correct pictures
- Call on some sts to report their answers
- Check sts' comprehension
- Ask the whole class read each sentence in chorus to reinforce their pronunciation.

- Teach the new language: the way,go to school and early
- Play the recordingall the way throught for Sts to listen as they read the rhyme.Clap the rhythm.
- Sing each line of the song and get Sts to repeat after you.Repeat this step afew times for Sts to get familiarized with the pronunciation,the stress,the rythym and tune of the song.
- Play the recordings again for sts to repeat each line. And and get Sts along with the recording
- Play the recording one more for Sts to sing and Clap the rhythm; sing along with them.
