2/ Warm up : Board game : Gv viÕt lªn b¶ng 3 c©u 
The fat cat is in the hat
The can and the fan are on the van
The cap and the map are on my lap
Gv gäi HS lªn vÏ minh ho¹ nh÷ng c©u ®ã .Gäi HS kh¸c nhËn xÐt. Goi hs ®äc to sau ®ã cho c¶ líp b×nh tranh ( ®Ñp , ®óng …. )

*Activity 1: Introduce the vocabulary:
- T uses cards to introduce the vocabulary
- ex: T( gi¬ phiÕu151 ) èm ®au, kªu,rªn vµ nãi
 : I’m sick, sick, sick..
- Ss: ( repeat ) I’m sick, sick ,sick..
- T uses situation or vietnames to introduce next vocabulary. 
- T guides Ss to read several times
Activity 2: Introduce the dialogue:
a/ Introduce the first part of the dialogue
- Teacher uses puppets to present the dialogue.
 Ex: Puppet A: Hi ( Ken) What’s the matter ?
 Puppet B : I’m sick
- T repeats puppet A “ Hi, What’s the matter ? ”
- Ss repeat puppet B “ I’m sick ”
- Then change role 4 times
b/ Introduce the second part of the dialogue
- T uses two puppets to introduce.
Ex: Puppet A: That’s too bad. Get better soon.
 Puppet B: Thanks
T repeats puppet A: “ that’s too bad. Get better soon ”
Ss repeat puppet B: “ Thanks ”
+ Change role 4 times
Activity 3: Practice:
-T devides class in to groups to practice
- Conversation line ( LuyÖn theo hµng)
- T devides class in pairs to practice
*Activity 4: Open the book :
- T introduces the pictures p10
- T opens the tape, Ss listen and point to the pictures
- T asks Ss to listen again and repeat
+ T presents the paradigm and the contraction
- T opens the tape and write on the board
- T explains
- T guides Ss to read theparadigm and contraction
- T asks Ss to practice in pairs

- Listen , repeat and copy down .
A: That’s too bad. Get better soon
B: Thanks .
