about school things.

- Communication and cooperation
- Self-learning, independent working and pair work, group work
- Linguistic competence 
3. Quality:
- Hardworking
- Responsible 
- Honest
4. Skills: Listening and speaking skills 
5. Vocabulary: pencil sharpener, pencil case.
6. Grammar point: Is this/ that your ....... ? Yes, it is / No, it isn’t
B. TEACHING AIDS
1. Teacher’s aids: Teacher’s book, chalk, board, ruler, projector, laptop and 
flashcards
2. Students’ aids: Students’ books, workbooks, notebooks
C. PROCEDURES
* Warm up.
- Play Kim’s game.
* New lesson
I. Presentation
- Have them look at the pictures and ask the questions: Who/Where/What - Play the recording for ss to listen and repeat a few time
- Do choral and individual repetition
- Ask Ss to role play the dialouge.
- Call some pairs to read aloud and others give comments
-T introduce new words: pencil sharpener, pencil case. Then ask ss to listen and 
repeat them.
- T introduce the sentence pattern: Is this/ that your ....... ? Yes, it is / No, it isn’t
II. Practice
1. Point and say.
- Model
- Have ss work in pairs.
- Monitor and help if necessary.
- Call some pairs to practise in front of the class and others give comments.
2. Let’s talk.
- Tell ss that they are going to practice more with their friends.
- Get pupils to work in pairs to interact.
- Call a few pairs to ask and answer in front of the class and others give 
comments.
III. Production.
- Tell ss that they are going to play “Lucky numbers” game
- T guides the way
- Ss play game - others look and give comment
