Ask about and describe houses, room and furniture. II./. Content. Vocabulary: name of the rooms of the house and the things in each rooms, ….. Structure: III./. Teaching aids. - book, planning, picture, laptop, projector … IV./. Procedure Class organization. - Greeting. - Checking attendance: 6E2 B. New lesson. Sts and T’s activities Contents I. Warm up T. asks Ss some question about their house. Ss listen and answer t’s question. II. Presentation * Vocabulary. T. uses picture in the book on page 20 and elicits words from Ss. Rub out and remember Task 1 T. hangs the picture P20 on the board and asks Ss “What are there in the picture?” Ss give the answer. T. divides class into 6 groups. Each group has a picture. Ss look at the picture and do exercise 1. T. calls Ss read out the answers. III. Practice Ss do Task 2. T. explains how to do task 2. Ss work in pairs to find the differences between the two houses. T. calls Ss to the board and write the answer. T. asks Ss to work in pairs, ask and answer about Nick and Mi’s house. T. calls some pairs to the board to make the conversations. Task 3 T. asks Ss to draw a house on the paper. - Ss work in pairs to tell each other about their house. IV. Production Ss work in pairs. Ss use the picture and describe their friend’s house to the class - Other Ss and T listen and give comments V. Homework. Eg T. Where is your room? S: It’s on the second floor.
