I-KHÁI QUÁT VỀ MÔN HỌC TIẾNG ANH:
1. Giới thiệu về Tiếng Anh:
- Tiếng Anh ( English) một ngôn ngữ của người Anh và là ngôn ngữ quốc tế, được sử dụng rộng rãi khắp thế giới trong mọi lĩnh vực: giáo tiếp, thương mại, giáo dục, du loch, thể thao, văn hóa,….
2. Tại sao Tiếng Anh là ngôn ngữ quốc tế?
- Tiếng Anh được dùng hầu khắp các lĩnh vực trên thế giới.
- Đứng sau tiếng mẹ đẻ trong quá trình sử dụng.
3. Đặc điểm:
- Dễ sử dụng, dễ nhận dạng.
- Hoàn toàn khác tiếng mẹ đẻ.
II- TIẾNG ANH TRONG TRƯỜNG HỌC:
1. Nội dung:
- Gần gũi với cuộc sống xung quanh
- Các chủ điểm liên quan với nhau xuyên suốt trong cấp học.
2. Mục đích: 
Giúp các em bắt chước và làm quen bước đầu môn học một cách nhẹ nhàng và lí thú. Dần dần sẽ trở nên thuần thục trong mọi tình huống ứng dụng. Góp phần phát huy bản sắc văn hóa dân tộc Việt Nam cho khắp thế giới hiểu rõ hơn và tạo ra sự giao lưu lẫn nhau.
III- CÁCH HỌC MÔN TIẾNG ANH:
A. Giáo viên:
Giới thiệu và hướng dẫn các em PP học tập sao cho hiệu quả và khoa học. Luôn theo sát từng em để từ đó đề ra PPGD phù họp theo từng lớp- đối tượng.
Chuẩn bị đầy đủ ĐDDH trước khi lên lớp
B. Học sinh: Phương pháp học tập 
Tìm tòi và vận động theo nhóm-cặp trong quá trình tập luyện thực hành trên lớp. Học tập trên lớp- ở nhà, tập luyện với bạn – tự học.
Bản thân có đầy đủ bộ SGK- SBT Tiếng Anh 6 để phục vụ cho việc học tập cá nhân.
Vở bài học, vở bài tập, vở học từ vựng.
Tự xây dựng cho mình PP học tập cá nhân tích cực-khoa học- hiệu quả.
