OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - Use descriptive adjectives to describe people. - Know how to introduce and greet one another. 1. Attitude: educate the students the greetings the people they meet at first sight and responding to those, help the students to respect the friendship. II. ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: - Some Ss don’t remember the descriptive adjectives, so takes much time to play the game. - In some classes, Ss do not have little time to make up and practice the new dialogues introducing someone. - T should introduce the weak Ss carefully. Pre-listening: ( 5’) - T revises some ways of introduction. * Questions: 1. What do you say if you want to meet someone? 2. What will you say when you are introduced to someone? 3. What will you say when you introduce someone? -T has Ss guess. - Ss predict what can be filled to complete the conversations. 5. While-listening ( 5’ - GW) - Ss listen twice then fill in the blanks. - They compare with what they have filled. - Ss listen the 3rd time then T gives feedback. - T asks Ss to go to the board and fill in the blanks. - T gives feedback 6.
