I.The aims and objectives.

- Knowledge: + Vocabulary: T provides Sts with words related to school activities, subjects, what sts do at school.

+ Grammar: Present simple tense and present continuous tense.

- Skill : Listening and speaking.

- Living skill: Sts can introduce more about the new school.

By the end of this period, students will introduce more about the new school and their feelings on the first day at a new school.

- Read for specific information about schools and talk about school activities, subjects and what Ss do at school.

+ Behaviour: To educate the students to love their school.

- Living skill: Sts can introduce more about the new school.

T: Textbook, laptop, lesson plan, chalk, cues...
St: Textbook.
III. Procedures :
1.Organisation (1’): Good morning.
How are you?/ Who’s absent today?
2.Checking up( 3’): - Write vocabulary.
- Find the different word: + cup, Mum, mother, sugar. ( sugar)
+ School, chess, teach, chalk.( school)
+ Sun, lunch, fun,judo( judo)
-> T gives comments and introduces the new lesson.

III. Production 
1. Underline the verbs
Things that often happen or are fixed.
Things that are happening now.
are, is, have (lot to do), have (lots of friends), are, study, have (a new..), don't wear, read, do you study, starts...

? Work in pairs. Take turns to ask questions and give answers.

? Repeat the verb forms in each sentences then read the whole sentence correctly.
? Choose the correct tense of the verbs in part 6 P10 to complete the sentences.

- Vy sends e-mail to her freind, Trang to tell her about her first week at the new school.
