Activity 1: / Introduce the vocabulary:
- T uses cards to introduce the vocabularry 
ex: T ( gi¬ phiÕu vµ nãi) It’s a net
- T uses other cards to introduce the other words
- Rub out and remember for checking vocabulary
*Activity 2: Introduce the “ed” and “en” word families:
+ T introduces the -et word family
 ex: T writes “ et ” word on the board
T reads “ et ” and point to it
T raises “ N ” letter and connect the – et with N, become “ NET ”
T reads: net, net , net
T raises “ P , W ” and connect the –et with P, W, become “ Pet, Wet”
T reads: Pet , pet ,pet 
T: Wet , wet , wet 
*Activity 3: Practice
- T uses cards ( tù lµm ) point to words. Ss read
- T asks Ss open the book and introduce picture p16
- T plays to the tape, Ss listen and point to the picture
- T asks Ss to use the pictures to practice ( hs 1 ®äc 1 tõ trong khung kh«ng theo trËt tù , hs 2 nghe chØ vµo tõ ®ã , sau ®ã ®æi vai )

- T uses question to introduce pictures and reading
ex: T: What’s this ?
 T: Who’s he ?
 T: Where’s TED ?
