I/ Objectives:
Knowledge: - By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to ask to identify objects
Skills: listening , speaking
Structures: - Are these( cats) ?
 Yes ,they are
 No , they aren’t
Vocabulary: Rabbit, Frog
II/ Teaching aids: 
T: Planing lesson, text book, cards, objects , tape .
Ss: Books , note books .
III/ Activities for teaching and learning:
1/ Settlement: 5a 5B
2/ Warm up : T’s questions: What’s this /that ?
 Is thia /that a/an …..?
 What are these/ those?
 Jumple words + atb ; + allb ; + ekit ; + act
3/ New lesson:

Activity 1:
- T uses cards to introduce the vocabularry and explains meaning
- T guides Ss to read several times
- Slap the board for checking the vocabulary.
Activity 2:
- T uses cards to present the yes/ no question and answer pattern
 ex: ( T cÇm phiÕu cã 2 con mÌo vµ hái ) What are these ?
 Ss: They are cats .
 T ( chØ vµo phiÕu mÌo ®ã vµ hái ) 
 Are these dogs ?
 T/ Ss : No, they aren’t
 T: Are these cats ?
 T/ Ss: Yes, they are.
- T uses objects or other cards to ask Ss. The Ss answer.
- T guides Ss to read the pattern.
+ Note:
Activity 3:
- T devides class in to groups to practice ( uses cards or real objects in class )
- T asks Ss to use cards or objects to practice in pairs.
 Activity 4:
T opens the tape and writes on the board
T explains
T guides Ss to read the paradigm and contraction.
I/ Introduce the vocabulary:
- Listen and copy down.

III/ Practice :
- Practice in groups
GA: Are these kites?
GB: Yes, they are / No, they aren’t
- Practice in pairs:
S1 : Are these pens ?
S2 : Yes, they are / No, they aren’t
IV/ Present the paradigm and contraction:
- Listen and copy down.

4/ Other activities:
- Question Circles : Chia líp thµnh tõng nhãm , ngåi thµnh vßng trßn . Nöa sè thµnh viªn cña 1 nhãm cã 2 ®å ch¬i cïng lo¹i trong tay ( yo- yo,bãng ,bóp bª, d©y nh¶y..) .Mét HS gi¬ cao tong cÆp ®å ch¬i cho nhãm xem vµ hái : Are these (yo-yos) ?C¶ nhãm tr¶ lêi : Yes, They are /No ,Theyare’t.Sau ®ã HS kh«ng cã ®å ch¬i trong tay cÇm vµo ®å ch¬i cña 1 HS kh¸c vµ hái c¶ nhãm tr¶ lêi .
