-T: planning lesson, book, CD player , puppets
-Ss: book, note book, 
III/ Activities for teaching and learning:
1/ Class organization: 5A 5B
2/ Warmup : 
- Greeting, singing the song " The Hello song"
-Review: Self- introduction through a dialogue
Model with one student
T: Hi! I'm ( Nguyet) . What's your name?
 It's nice to meet you, .......     
3/ New lesson:

*Activity 1: Review the first part of the dialogue:
- T uses two puppets to review the first of the dialogue.
- Puppet A: ( vÉy tay chµo )
 Hi. How are you ?
- Puppet B: Fine, thank you.
- T is puppet A, Ss are puppet B. Repeat the dialogue
- T divides class in to groups to practice the dialogue.
-T asks Ss to use the dialogue to practice.
ex: - Gvnãi víi hs 1: Hi. How are 
 you ?
- HS 1 nãi víi gv: Fine , thank 
 you.
- Hs1 nãi víi hs2: Hi ( Nam). 
 How are you ?
-Hs2 : Fine , thank you.
Activity 2: Present the second part of the dialogue:
-Teacher uses puppets to present the second part of the dialogue.
 Puppet A: Goodbye ( Kate)
 Puppet B : See you later
-T explains phrase words “ See you later ”
-T is puppet A, Ss are puppet B repeat the dialogue.
-T divides class in to groups to practice.
-T asks Ss to practice whole the dialogue.
-T asks Ss to practice the dialogue in pairs.
*Activity 3: Open the book
-Teacher ask ss to open their books and listen to the teacher introduce picture in text book.
“This is the teater this is Scott . These are Jeny, Jonh ,Sarah , Kete , and Andy “
-T asks ss to discribe the picture again.
-T asks Ss to look at the picture and listen to the tape.
-T asks them to listen again and point to the characters in the text book.
-Asks them listen sentence by sentence and repeat.
I/ Review the first part of the dialogue:
a. Review:
A: Hi. How are you ?
B: Fine , thank you.
 b. Practice:
-Repeat
-Practice in groups
- Group A( puppet A): Hi. How are you ?
-Group B( puppet B): Fine, thank you
- Chain drill:
S1: Hi, How are you ?
S2: Fine ,thankyou . How are you ?
S3 : Fine , ……..
II/ The second part of the dialogue:
- Listen and copy down
A: Good bye ( Kate )
B: See you later 
+See you later: gÆp l¹i b¹n sau nhÐ
-Repeat the dialogue
+Practice:
Group A( puppet A): Good bye (Kate)
Group B( puppet B): See you later.
Gr- A: Hi. How are you ?
Gr – B: Fine , thank you
Gr- A: Good bye (Kate )
Gr – B: See you later.
-Practice in pairs
III/ Open the book:
-Listen to the teacher
-Discribe the picture 
Listen to the tape
Listen and point to picture
Listen and repeat
4/ Other activities:
- Step away lines: Hs ®øng thµnh 2 hµng vµ luyÖn tËp(dïng tªn thËt cña c¸c b¹n trong líp).
