 *Activity 1: Present the Wh -question and answer pattern:
-T uses an object in class room to present. 
eg: T(cÇm 1 qu¶ bãng vµ hái): What’s this ?
 Ss: It’s a ball
 T(cÇm 2 qu¶ bãng vµ hái): What are these ?
 Ss: They’re balls
- T uses other cards or other objects to ask “ What are these ? ”. Ss look at the objects to answer.
-T asks Ss to repeat Wh- question and answer
+ Note: What are these ?
- T repeats plural noun and pronunciation.
Activity 2: Practice:
Devides class in to groups to 
practice ( using cards and objects in class )
T asks Ss to use objects in class to practice in pairs.
 *Activity 3: Present the paradigm and contraction:
T opens the tape and writes on the board
T explains: 
+They’re balls
 They’re = They are
T guides Ss to read the contraction.

- Plural noun : Thªm ‘s’ vµo sau DT ®ã , mét sè tr­êng hîp kh¸c thªm ‘es’.
- Pronunciation : cã 3 c¸ch ph¸t ©m ‘s, z, iz’
