Activity 1: Introduce the vocabulary
- T uses cards to introduce the vocabularry 
ex: T ( gi¬ phiÕu vµ nãi ) It’s a bed.
 Ss: repeat: BED
- T uses other cards to introduce the other words
- Rub out and remember for checking vocabulary
*Activity 2: Introduce the “ed” and “en” word families:
+ T introduces the -ed word family
 ex: T writes “ ed ” word on the board
T reads “ ed ” and point to it
Ss listen and repeat several times
T raises “ B ” letter and connect the – ed with B, become “ BED ”
T reads: bed, bed , bed
 Ss repeat several times
T raises “ R , T ” and connect the –ed with R, T, become “ Red, Ted”
T reads: Red , red ,red 
Ss repeat
T: Ted , Ted , Ted 
Ss: repeat
+ T introduces the - an word family
( Gv giíi thiÖu tæ hîp tõ “en”nh­ tæ hîp tõ “ ed ” )
Activity 3: Open the tape 
- T asks ss to open the book to P8 and introduces pictures in book 
- T plays the tape 
- T asks Ss to listen again and repeat
