Activity 1: Introduce the vocabulary
- T uses cards to introduce
T: ( gi¬ thÎ cã h×nh chiÕc b¸nh ): says CAKE, CAKE, CAKE,
(GV lµm TT nh­ vËy víi c¸c ®å vËt kh¸c nh­ : kem ,s÷, c¸)
- T guides Ss to read saveal times
- T puts the cards on the board ( gv gäi 1 tõ, nÕu lµ ®å ¨n hs nãi I’m hungry, nÕu lµ ®å uèng hs nãi I’m thirsty )
* Pass the cards: gv giao phiÕu cho hs. hs nhËn diÖn vµ trao phiÕu cho b¹n kh¸c
Activity 2: Present the question and answer pattern:
- T uses cards and puppets to present
ex: Puppet A: I’m hungry
 Puppet B: What do you want ?
 Puppet A: ( ch¹m tay vµo phiÕu 123 ) I want cake.
- T repeats puppet A
- T does the same to other cards.
Activity 3: Practice
 - T devides class in to groups to practice
- T asks Ss to practice in pairs
