Activity 1: Open the book
- T asks Ss open their book and introduces picture by some questions
- Who’s she/ he ? She’s Lisa, he’s John/ Scott
- What are they doing ? They are talking about clouds on the sky
- T opens the tape, Ss listen and point to the picture
- Ss listen to the tape and repeat
- T asks Ss to practice the dialogue in groups
Activity 2: Present the paradigm and contraction:
- Teacher open the tape and writes on the board
- T explains
- T guides Ss to read the paradigm and contraction form.
Activity 3: Practice P49
- T introduces picture p49
- T opens the tape, Ss listen and point to the picture
- Ss listen again and repeat
- T devides class in to groups to practice ( s/dung tranh 49 )
